  • Preferably with insurance related qualification such as AMII, ACII, AII and DMII.

Responsibilities

  • Process and check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy.
  • Attend to Straight Thru Process (STP) pending and failed cases.
  • Liaise with Marketing/IT/UW for discrepancies.

Job description
Senior Executive, Policy Processing (Motor Class)
  • Process and check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured.
  • Attend to Straight Thru Process (STP) pending and failed cases.
  • Check and ensure refund premium are processed accurately.
  • Check/verify/rectify Client Data records.
  • Update and Maintain table set up related to Motor and Client.
  • Attend to incoming mails/ submissions / correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize submissions into the document management system.
  • Liaise with Marketing / Branch for any discrepancies and/or incomplete documents.
  • Liaise with IT / UW to resolve any discrepancies related to system glitches.
  • Provide guidance / coaching to team members related to STP handling.
  • Provide operational requirement and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for new products / system enhancement / bugs.
  • Perform any other duties as may assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or professional degree in any field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance industry handling Motor class.
  • Computer skills i.e. Word and Excel.
