Job summary

A leading property development firm in Selangor is seeking a Marketing Executive to support marketing execution and sales administration. Responsibilities include executing campaigns, improving delivery speed for marketing tasks, and handling sales administration. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Marketing, at least 3 years of experience in marketing, and strong bilingual skills in English and BM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. The role offers opportunities for travel as needed.

Job description

Strengthen marketing execution and sales administrative support.

Improve delivery speed and accuracy for project marketing tasks.

Supports events, launches and sales gallery operations.

Provide fieldwork support for market studies and site related duties.

Execute marketing campaign, promotions and on-ground activities.

Handle sales admin task: SPA signing arrangements , info vetting and loan follow ups.

Prepare weekly and monthly and marketing reports

Supports sales gallery operations, events and launches.

Conduct market research , competitor check and fieldwork.

Assist with social media posting and basic content updates.

Travel as required for Project -related tasks

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Handle confidential purchaser and project information.

Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Comm or related fields

Minimum 3 years experiences in Marketing execution, preferably in property development.

Strong proficiency in English and BM: Mandarin is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiar with CRM systems, Meta Business tools and basic design platforms.

Able to travel when required.

Meticulous , organized and highly reliable .

Strong coordination, documentation and administrative skills.
