A property development company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a marketing coordinator to develop strategies and manage campaigns. Key responsibilities include preparing A&P materials, executing sales activities, and coordinating with the sales team. Candidates should have a diploma and 3-5 years of experience in property development. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential, with Mandarin being an advantage. Develop marketing strategy and content of marketing campaigns.
Provide assistance in the following areas:
Handle and coordinate all general administrative duties and requirements.
Manage and allocate A&P budget correctly.
Implement any and all related policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
