As aSenior Executive – HR Business Partner at B. Braun, you play a vital role in designing, implementing and monitoring HR programs and policies, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity programs and more. You will also be reviewing and planning for long term HR needs and trends.
