We’re looking for a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Business Analyst to play a key role in transforming business goals and KPIs into clear, actionable insights that support decision‑making across sales, customer success, and operations.

In this role, you’ll help drive sales growth by analysing performance trends, strengthening sales processes, and supporting strategy development. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyse, and interpret data—ensuring timely insights that optimise sales effectiveness and contribute to achieving business objectives.

Here’s How You Will Add Value:
  • Work closely with sales, operations and cross‑team (product, marketing, finance) stakeholders to understand business goals, KPIS, needs, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, analyse and report sales related information to increase sales productivity, performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities (short, mid and long term)
  • Optimize every aspect of the sales process to achieve maximum efficiency, productivity and effective revenue generation and strong customer satisfaction (LTV) together with Senior Head/GM of Strategy, Partnership and Innovation.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to enhance sales performance and ROI.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies through data and work closely with key stakeholders to provide recommendation for improvements.
  • Productivity management insights: revenue, incentives and CPA
  • Customer Insights: segment propensity, feedback, trends, purchases, ARPU, Cross‑Up Selling potential and opportunities.
  • Manage end‑to‑end reporting, business presentation, business papers and dashboard updates in a timely manner to ensure that business stakeholders have sufficient information to run their business effectively. Important to ensure Commercial performance dashboards are updated in real time and from a single source of truth.
  • Implement strategies & solutions to streamline sales processes, increase efficiency of sales and operations team together with key stakeholders.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
Work Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales- and operations-focused role such as Business Analyst or Performance Management
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools: Excel, Microsoft Power BI (and/or Looker, Tableau), as well as Word, PowerPoint, SFDC, and project management tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Strong operational discipline with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders
