Qualifications

• More than 4 years in equipment management.
• Experience in photovoltaic industry; knowledge of photovoltaic equipment and TPM.
• Experience with soldering and stringer machines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing equipment maintenance and training employees.
• Ensure equipment performance metrics are met with no safety incidents.
• Develop and optimize SOP documentation for equipment.
• Manage daily inspections and equipment performance.
• Lead planning initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
