About the role

As a Senior Human Resources Executive at Koperasi Tenaga Nasional Berhad, you will play a vital role in shaping the training and development of our talented workforce. Based in our Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur office, this full‑time position will see you responsible for providing strategic HR support to drive the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programmes to upskill our employees
• Identifying skills gaps and creating tailored learning solutions to address them
• Organising and facilitating training workshops, seminars and other learning initiatives
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to align training initiatives with business objectives
• Providing guidance and support to managers on employee development
• Maintaining detailed training records and generating insightful reports

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a similar human resources or training & development role
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in corporate training
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Proactive problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development or a related field
