Responsibilities
- Plan, Launch, monitor and optimize Facebook Ad Campaigns. Developing and executing marketing strategies for conversion.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns by tapping into the entire customer journey via omnichannel marketing.
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- Analyze, plan, and conceptualize new social media ideas (F B, IG, YouTube, etc.), and create landing pages and automation workflows.
- Set up email campaigns, monitor and schedule email sends, and compile and create insightful email reporting.
- Work with the creative team to develop the campaign's creative assets that are both engaging and cost-effective.
- Optimize each funnel and marketing process.
- Handle all aspects of the media buying process; tracking, ad creation, optimization, scaling, reporting, driving positive ROI and scale.
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Facebook advertising & copywriting / marketing field. (Experience in other online marketing-related roles also welcome to apply.)
- Strong passion in digital marketing and copywriting.
- Able to complete tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to handle stress.
- Good attitude, able to handle stress, likes to help people, and has good moral character.
- Possess excellent communication skills, including with teams and entrepreneurs, strong teamwork and data insight capabilities.
- Able to write copy and have strong digital analytical skills.
- Familiar with AI writing, AI tools.
- Able to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
- Required language: Mandarin.
