Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions and insights via dashboards/reports.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data mining skills to analyze datasets.
• Design and implement data collection systems and strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data capture from various sources.
• Conduct thorough data cleaning, validation, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization tools and presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and property development to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience of 3 years as a data analyst or related role, preferably in the property development or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or SAS.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar software.
• Possesses strong analytical skills working with unstructured datasets.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality, accurate analysis and insights.
• Experience in processes supporting data structures, metadata, dependency, and data transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
