Job summary

A leading credit management solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive, Credit Management to oversee collections for Key Accounts. You will manage the collection process, engage with stakeholders, and report on credit risks while ensuring strong partnerships are maintained. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in collections, possess a degree or diploma in a relevant field, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt management software is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or customer management functions.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end collections process for Key Accounts.
• Identify and mitigate credit risks by monitoring customer accounts.
• Prepare reports on collection status and credit risks.
