Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience in the construction or property development industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity, leading teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in technical tendering and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of QS/Contract & Purchasing staff.
• Monitor cost control and ensure project budgets are maintained.
• Review and analyze complex contract documents.
