A global access solutions leader in Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to drive sales and manage key stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will focus on customer segmentation, enhance the spec-to-order process, and utilize CRM-Dynamic for pipeline management. • To meet and exceed budget targets on sales and gross margin targets.
• Lead solution selling and specification placement by identifying customer needs and market opportunities proactively, evaluating the size of opportunities, and outlining strategies to win them.
• Manage the interface between ASSA ABLOY and stakeholders effectively, enhancing long-term customer relationships through superior service.
• Develop customer segmentation aligned with coverage priorities and execute technical marketing programs to expand reach.
• Focus on account development by building strong relationships to drive specifications, and implement coverage plans targeting key architects to strengthen relationships.
• Close deals efficiently.
• Consistently deliver customer experiences that meet expectations and drive satisfaction.
• Strengthen the spec-to-order process and accelerate AAOS implementation.
• Improve pipeline management systems and tools to track lead progression from generation to post-sales, utilizing CRM-Dynamic.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence, monitor trends and activities, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Maintain an updated database of customers, projects, and activities, and regularly report on activities and results to share insights with the international team.
• Deliver effective presentations to varied audiences.
• Provide product quotations for tenders, and demonstrate proficiency in tender interviews and price negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Assist the finance department in following up on customer payments.
