• Experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in fintech or financial technology-related environments.
• Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is required for stakeholder or vendor communication.
• Comfortable reading and understanding REST/JSON APIs or gRPC/Protobuf documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Job description

Gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct meetings and data deep dives with stakeholders to identify pain points, constraints, and business needs.

Translate findings into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and diagrams that developers and testers can clearly execute.

Maintain and manage the requirements backlog in Jira, and provide ongoing support to the Product Manager.

Define UAT test cases, conduct user acceptance testing sessions, and track defects through to resolution.

Ensure documentation is kept up to date, including specifications, decision logs, and change impact analysis.

Communicate with external vendors or service providers to confirm technical specifications, track version changes, and update the backlog accordingly.

Requirements

Experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in fintech or financial technology-related environments.

Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) is required for stakeholder or vendor communication.

Comfortable reading and understanding REST/JSON APIs or gRPC/Protobuf documentation.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
