Job Brief:
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition is responsible as a strategic partner to plan and execute Talent Acquisition strategy with the ability to manage overall hiring delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring manager and analyse the requirement and expectation, identify the best match talent.
- Manage full lifecycle of recruitment and selection processes in a timely manner: sourcing, resume screening, shortlisting, talent assessment, interviewing, develop salary package, reference check, offer negotiation, prepare documentation and make job offer.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
- Maintain and update the new hire logistics tracker.
- Ensure all new joiners’ documents/forms are completed & compliance before sending for P file record.
- Stamp Letters of Appointment (LOAs) and upload stamped versions to SharePoint.
- Facilitate onboarding process including briefing to new joiners to assimilate new joiners’ experience.
- Build future talent pipeline by managing candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Analyze recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Lead and drive Talent Acquisition initiatives/projects/campaigns.
- Database maintenance.
- Compile reports and update on talent acquisition metrics as per stipulated timelines.
- Suggest new ideas to benchmark talent acquisition activities.

Job Requirements:
- Possess BSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a similar discipline is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment processes with hands on experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Proactive, driven individuals with continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Assertive, target-driven with strong sense of urgency.
- Good in Excel and PowerPoint presentation slides.
