Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in related field is preferred.
• Must possess own transport.
• Candidates with AutoCount Accounting software knowledge will have an advantage.

• Prepare and maintain monthly management accounts and schedules.
• Coordinate day-to-day financial activities ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor daily bank balances.
• Assist in budgeting and sales reporting.

Job description

To prepare and maintain full sets of monthly management accounts including all the necessary supporting schedules.

To coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance of finance related SOPs.

To prepare and ensure completeness of the recording of all accounting entries – AR, AP, GL & Cash Management ect.

To check bank reconciliations and all reconciliations are prepared on timely basis and to report on any discrepancies.

To perform treasury function, cash flow management includes preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and monitoring daily bank balances & funds.

To assist in preparing forecast Sales reports and to monitor monthly Sales target.

To assist in budgeting and budgetary control process for the related projects.

To perform special/ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience, candidate in the related field will be add advantage.

Candidate familiar in AutoCount Accounting software will be add advantage.

Possess own transport.
