A leading business service centre in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts, including monthly financial statement preparation and stakeholder liaison. The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years of relevant accounting experience and a diploma or degree in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, along with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, is essential for this role. Independently handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger transactions, and month‑end closing.
Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, AR Aging, and AP Aging reports.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
Possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
Hold a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Preferred languages: English and Mandarin.
