A leading e-commerce platform in Kuala Lumpur is searching for a Seller Operations Project Manager to enhance seller policies and operations. The ideal candidate will manage projects, develop policies to improve marketplace dynamics, and possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
The Seller Operations (SOS) team's primary goal is to develop seller policies and on-the-ground initiatives that enhance our platform's competitiveness and, by extension, improve the buyer experience.
The SOS strives to cultivate the desired behaviours among sellers through strategic policy setting, process improvements, and product enhancements to provide the best experience for all users.
