About the job

Security Supervisor responsible to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.

As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage the team of security officers that are assigned to them.
• Responsible to arrange all the shifts, weekly offs leaves etc.
• Assign security officers their duties and they themselves have to be in charge of monitoring the CCTVs.
• Post allocation inspection and cover all the vulnerable spots.
• Prepare daily reports on the happenings that take place in their workplace.
• Surprise inspections to see if all security officers are in their assigned places.
• Responsible for all that happens during their shift; hence, they have to make reports on all of it.
• Train all the new security officers regarding all the security policies

As Security Supervisor, we expect from you:

• Fluent in English both verbally and written.
• Successfully completed A levels ( high School Diploma)
• Computer literate. (Microsoft office)
• Must have completed a Leadership skills course.
• Completed at least 6 months in a supervisory position or similar.
• Experience in investigations a distinctive advantage.
• Completed a course in Basic Firefighting.
• Completed a course in First Aid.
• CCTV experience a distinctive advantage
• Physically fit, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Dependability, Emotional Control,
• Integrity, Safety Management, Professionalism, and Reporting Skills.
