A leading automotive company in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to manage stockyard vehicle maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle care, managing facility upkeep, and coordinating vehicle-related tasks. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Facility Management or related fields, along with a valid driving license. Strong organizational and basic computer skills are required for this role.
Handle stockyard vehicle maintenance and quality checks upon receipt from HMSB
Ensure all vehicles are clean, scratch‑free, and well‑kept
Manage vehicle accessories and parts, including car keys, carpets, antennas, and related items
Handle Puspakom and despatch related
Ensure all demo vehicles are within the standard limit of petrol, cleanliness, and sufficient tyre pressure.
Coordination for vehicle swapping within dealers
Manage daily security operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
Handle incidents, report within 24 hours, and elevate emergencies promptly
Monitor and manage the timely renewal of company licenses and certifications (e.g., business license, BOMBA inspection).
Ensure compliance with DOSH, BOMBA, and other related authorities.
Liaise with authorities, service providers, and vendors on security and compliance matters
Manage petty cash and daily cash bank‑ins.
Oversee overall facility upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and presentable workplace.
Plan and schedule routine maintenance and emergency repairs of electrical, plumbing, and other building facilities.
Any other tasks assigned by your superior
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Possess a valid driving license and a willingness to travel
