What You’ll Do
- Research keywords that actually align with business goals.
- Run technical SEO audits and recommend real fixes that move the needle.
- Own on-page and off-page SEO: structure, content, tags, link strategies.
- Analyze content and suggest improvements (yes, we listen to our SEO team).
- Monitor performance and fine-tune strategies based on real data.
- Communicate directly and meet up with clients when needed especially on technical support and strategy.
- Lead internal project timelines and keep results flowing.
- Write or guide high-quality content with SEO baked in (not just stuffed with keywords).
- Deliver clean, clear reports that show what’s working—and what’s next.
Tools You’ll Use
- HTML & CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEO audit tools
- Any SEO-related extensions or tools to boost performance
What You Bring
- 1–2 years hands-on SEO vacancy experience (agency or in-house).
- 1–3 years of writing experience (bonus if you’ve written for web or marketing).
- You understand both the art and the algorithm of search.
- Google Analytics certification is a plus.
- Strong communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a big bonus.
- You’re versatile: you can audit code and optimize a blog headline in the same day.
- You keep learning, testing, and improving. That’s your thing.
