Work you will do
The Internal Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Manager supports business enablement across Southeast Asia, implementing, monitoring, and enhancing quality and risk management processes to ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
- Strategic Risk Partnership – Collaborate with Business Risk Leader and QRM team to position risk as a strategic enabler for business growth.
- Regulatory Compliance Advisory – Act as subject matter expert on regulatory requirements for Corporate Finance Advisory and Restructuring practices, providing timely guidance to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
- Quality and Risk Program Implementation – Drive deployment of quality and risk management programs and tools across the business, ensuring consistent application and alignment with firm-wide standards.
- Policy and Framework Development – Contribute to design and enhancement of QRM policies, guidelines, templates, and tools that empower teams to deliver client engagements efficiently while maintaining compliance.
- Practice Reviews and Compliance Monitoring – Support execution of thematic practice reviews and oversee monitoring of internal policies and ISO standards to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.
- Leadership Reporting and Insights – Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to senior leadership on key regulatory, risk, and quality matters, enabling informed decision-making.
- Learning and Development Facilitation – Design and deliver targeted learning programs for senior leaders and staff within SR&T, deepening understanding of reputation, regulatory, and risk management principles.
- Legal and Contractual Risk Collaboration – Partner with General Counsel and Legal team to proactively identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks impacting the business.
- Regulatory Horizon Scanning – Maintain a forward‑looking view on emerging regulatory trends, assess potential implications, and advise on strategic responses.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant professional service experience in regulatory affairs/compliance, risk management, or corporate financial advisory.
- Strong familiarity with Capital Markets Services regulatory frameworks in Singapore and Malaysia, with experience engaging regulatory authorities and interpreting complex regulations.
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or Law (preference in Finance or Law).
- Strong written and oral communication skills with English fluency and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across SEA service offerings, interacting with stakeholders at varying levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of risk management topics, always coachable for continuous development.
