Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going SAP application functional support primarily in areas of SD and MM.
• Perform detail systems analysis and provides solutions for system improvements.
• Able to work with all aspects of SAP RICEF and is expected to help with queries relating to daily operational transactions, reports, interfaces, enhancements, ALE/iDoc, Conversions, forms, Web DynPro etc
• Work well with team members in areas of SAP application maintenance as well as IT projects.
• Ensure all developments are audit and security compliant in accordance to IT policies and guidelines.
• Analyse business information and work independently from requirement gathering workshops to Unit Test, SIT, UAT, training and deployment to production.
• Design and develop integration solutions for data exchanges with other IT applications across various regions.
• Communicate and work closely with key business stakeholders on systems and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SD and MM
• Fluent in English language (both written and verbal)
• Experience in planning, design, development, testing and release of custom objects
• Ability to perform mid‑level development/configuration tasks independently and provide support to senior team members on complex deliverables
• Ability to work well in a multi-cultural team
• Good Analytical ability and Data gathering / diagnosis ability
• Good understanding of system landscape configurations with the ability to interpret end‑to‑end processes
• Knowledge in SAP ABAP will be advantageous
• ITIL knowledge and experience
