Company Overview
Pantai Bharu began as a construction company before transitioning into the automotive industry in 1978, specialising in imported used and reconditioned vehicles from Japan. Since then, we've grown into a trusted name in Malaysia's automotive landscape—launching our Proton Edar Sales Dealership in 1983 and establishing Bangunan Pantai Bharu in 1991.
Today, with over 200 professionals nationwide, we operate multiple 3S dealerships across Proton, Perodua, KIA, and electric vehicles. Our commitment to innovation, customer‑centricity, and operational excellence drives everything we do.
The Sales Trainee at Pantai Bharu is responsible for learning the fundamentals of automotive sales, supporting the sales team, and developing customer engagement skills through hands‑on experience. Under the guidance of the Sales Team Leader, you will gain exposure to the full sales cycle—from customer interaction and product presentation to documentation and delivery coordination.
