A leading manufacturing company in Kajang is looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, handling CRM tasks, and integrating materials into our SAP system. The ideal candidate has a diploma in engineering, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, while Mandarin will be an asset.

Pre-Sales Technical Support

• Gain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and provide quick and accurate support to the sales team regarding item codes for standard products.

CRM Handling

• Collaborate with sales personnel to clarify incomplete specifications and ensure all necessary details are gathered.
• Assist in the price requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate pricing information is available.

Translation and Code Creation

• Create codes for materials purchased externally by sales and branch offices.
• Translate raw materials and finished goods acquired from MayAir China for integration into our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in an Engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
