A trading company located in Alor Merah, Kedah is seeking a Business Development professional to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Applicants who speak Mandarin will have an advantage as they will communicate with specific clients. Responsibilities include market analysis, customer service, order processing, and collaborating with the sales team. This role offers a dynamic work environment.
Develop new business and maintain current relationships.
Identify business opportunities by studying and analyzing potential sales leads.
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance to meet their requirements effectively.
Investigate customer issues, prepare solutions, and discuss with the Sales Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate responses to requests from the sales team and customers.
Collaborate with operation departments to ensure timely shipments of customer's cargo.
Visit customers when necessary to maintain strong relationships and address their needs.
Candidates with a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a relevant field.
Mandarin speakers are preferred, as this skill may be beneficial when communicating with certain clients or partners.
Individuals with a passion for sales and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
