Key Responsibilities
Merchandising & Store Execution
- Arrange and maintain product displays according to company merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and properly priced.
- Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and rotation (FIFO).
- Set up point-of-sale materials, promotions, and new product launches.
Sales Support & Order Management
- Take replenishment orders from retailers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work closely with sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in introducing new products to stores and educating staff.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and resolve minor issues at store level.
Outlet Relationship Management
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
- Negotiate additional shelf space or secondary displays when possible.
- Provide feedback to management on competitor activities and store needs.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit daily/weekly visit reports, including stock levels and sales movement.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and product placement.
- Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock.
Logistics & Compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse or delivery teams on stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and retail regulations.
- Follow company SOPs and retail chain requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in FMCG or food merchandising is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel and visit multiple outlets daily.
- Fit to handle product arrangement and stocking.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or mobile reporting tools.
- Own transport (motorcycle or car) is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Field-based role with regular travel to retail outlets.
- Working hours may include weekends or public holidays depending on outlet schedules.
