We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Ralco Plastic Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic products. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading and driving our sales efforts in the Bandar Baru Nilai Negeri Sembilan region. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious growth targets and expanding our customer base.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share

Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training and performance feedback

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, networking with potential clients and partners

Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals

Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimise sales processes

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings

What we’re looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the plastics or manufacturing industry

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team

Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in data analysis and using CRM tools to generate insights and drive sales

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
