Job Summary

The Sales Manager role is responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy of the paper market within the assigned country (Malaysia) or region with primary role to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and productivity.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and market demands.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive the negotiation and closing of high-value deals with customers and partners.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance against targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
