Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell tourism products and services, including tour packages, accommodations, and travel experiences
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations based on client needs
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on tourism trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the tourism or travel industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for travel and tourism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Malay ; additional languages are a plus
