About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive + Tour Leader. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about travel.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

• Promote travel packages to walk-in customers and travel agencies
• Handle enquiries via phone, social media, and in-person
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, and booking arrangements
• Maintain customer relationships and build new sales channels
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Tour Leading

• Provide service to domestic and overseas group tours when required
• Coordinate tour arrangements and support customers throughout the trip
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of tour members
• Represent the company with professionalism and positive service attitude

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Proficiency in Chinese language is required, as the majority of our customers communicate in Chinese.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality, responsible, and committed
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays if necessary
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Sales or tourism experience is an added advantage
