Client relationships, sales and negotiation, researching markets, achieving sales targets and quotas, scheduling meetings with clients, finding prospects and leads, and generating sales reports and forecasts.

Sales Executive is a client-facing role responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, and closing deals. They achieve this by understanding client needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • To research and analyse sales options.
  • To build and maintain relationship networks with clients and prospects
  • To perform sourcing of cold leads or new sales opportunities.
  • To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and report to the superior.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and expand to new Malay markets.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • To assist in any Marketing matters, activities and Kanika’s events
Requirements
  • The candidate must possess an SPM, a diploma in business studies, or any related field of Sales.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales-related channel, F&B, FMCG, Hotel, Restaurant, Retails
  • Product Training will be provided for Sales in Frozen Foods, Japanese Foods.
  • Sales and results-driven person.
  • Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Multiple work locations; if the candidate is in outstation Penang, Ipoh, Melaka, Sabah, Sarawak, or Johor Bharu is encouraged to apply.
  • The applicant is able or willing to travel to outstations to visit customers.
