Job summary

Job description

Attend to all sales inquiries, provide property information, and manage after-sales services, including loan applications.

Support direct marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and project launches to promote projects and generate leads.

Arrange and accompany customers for property viewings.
Identify potential buyers, generate leads, engage with prospects, present product features, negotiate, and close sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in sales or administration, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills; Multilingual ability is an advantage
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
