Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for precision air conditioning solutions in data centers, enterprise customers, telecom operators, and industrial channel partners across ASEA
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, system integrators, distributors, and OEM partners to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver comprehensive proposals, including system design, capacity planning, energy efficiency analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.
  • Support bidding processes by preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with engineering and pricing teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management to gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback for product improvement and positioning.
  • Monitor project execution and coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and customer satisfaction.
