  • Coordinate with agents/bankers/lawyers/customers for bank letter offers and signing appointments.

Responsibilities
  • provide admin support to front line and HQ, also liaise with agent/banker / customer if necessary
  • daily tasks include data entry, photocopy, scanning and filling and preparation of all documentation
  • also involved in all preparation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other documentation for the purchaser to sign
  • co-ordinate with agent/banker/lawyer/customer, for bank letter offer & also signing appointment matters
  • any other job task as assigned by the superior
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Preferably English / Malay / Mandarin speaker. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proven expertise in the property development industry, particularly in high-rise projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and manage teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel to various sales galleries and company offices.
