Job summary

A property development company in Malacca is seeking an administrative support professional to handle documentation tasks and coordinate with clients, agents, and bankers. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. Proficiency in Mandarin is particularly important to cater to a diverse client base. This position encourages fresh graduates and requires own transportation for travel to various locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to the front line and HQ.
  • Handle data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Prepare Sale and Purchase Agreements and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with agents and lawyers for signing appointments.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by a superior.

Responsibilities
  • Provide admin support to front line and HQ, also liaise with agent/banker/customer if necessary
  • Daily tasks include data entry, photocopy, scanning and filing and preparation of all documentation
  • Also involved in all preparation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and other documentation for the purchaser to sign
  • Co-ordinate with agent/banker/lawyer/customer, for bank letter offer & also signing appointment matters
  • Any other job task as assigned by the superior
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Preferably English / Malay / Mandarin speaker. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proven expertise in the property development industry, particularly in high-rise projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and manage teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel to various sales galleries and company offices.
