Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator / Customer Service, you will support the sales team by managing customer interactions, follow‑ups, and after‑sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Sales Support: Assist in lead management, order processing, invoicing, and maintaining sales records.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers, address inquiries, and provide product information.
  • After‑Sales Support: Handle follow‑ups, returns, replacements, and warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records, generate reports, and analyze sales trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
