A medical support company located in Penang is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team. Responsibilities include handling sales orders, following up with customers on payment statuses, and ensuring compliance during audits. Ideal candidates should possess at least a diploma in Business Administration or a related field and have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office tools is highly valued.
Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Key in Sales Order, generate Pick List, Delivery Order, Invoice, and related documents.
Follow up with Customers/Sales Personnel on orders, delivery schedules, payments, and inquiries.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
Coordinate with the finance team and follow up with customers regarding payment status.
Handle phone order from Sales Personnel & Customers.
Handle Goods Return from Customers/Sales Personnel and issue Credit Note.
Counter check new customer document to ensure proper regulation & procedure are followed.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
Assist any additional tasks assigned by superiors and management as needed.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Admin in related field.
Knowledge in using SAP/ERP system will be added value.
Good communication skill, able to work independently, excellent analytical and trouble‑shooting skills.
Computer‑literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
To be based in Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang.
