Job summary

A hardware trading company in Puchong is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with order processing and coordination tasks. You will manage sales documents, verify order details, and ensure efficient communication with internal teams and customers. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years of experience in sales support, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of basic SQL accounting is beneficial.

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in daily operational and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation accuracy, and timely delivery. This role focuses on execution and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • 2. Process Sales Order and verify pricing, quantities and customer details.
  • 3. Prepare and manage sales related documents (SO / PO / DO / Invoice).
  • 4. Handle company phone call and WhatsApp and email.
  • 5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, time by time.
  • 6. Other ad hoc tasks assign from time to time.
Internal Coordination
  • 7. Coordinate with store on stock availability and delivery.
  • 8. Work closely with Accounts team on invoicing and customer payment matters.
  • 9. Collaborate with Purchasing, logistics, finance, and store operations team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirement.
  • 10. Respond to customer inquiries related to orders, delivery schedules and documents.
  • 11. Follow up on order status and delivery arrangement.
  • 12. Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
Experience

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration or coordination is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic SQL Accounting systems.

Written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Discipline, confident, independent and good communication and follow-up skills.

Team player with a responsible work attitude.
