Job summary

A leading natural health company is seeking a Sales Analyst in Malaysia to provide sales support for the commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and sales experience within FMCG, alongside strong communication skills and analytical abilities. Responsibilities include maintaining sales-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation for shipments, and supporting the sales team with various duties. This role demands attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and database management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree and sales experience within FMCG is highly preferable.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders inside the organisation and key external customers.
  • Previous experience in analytical roles necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data.

Purpose of role

To provide sales support to the Malaysia commercial team. The Sales Analyst will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products

Responsibilities
  • Keeping internal and distributor systems updated
  • Ensure relevant customer information reflected, i.e. price maintenance (either change of list price or OID) new/ close account updates/ change of account handler
  • Support sales team on distributor system login and maintenance
  • Assist to update and monitor retailer program achievement and payout on-time
  • Create SNOW (IT Ticket) update for any new sales joiner
  • Assist National Sales Manager on customer sales order in distributor system
Supply Chain Support
  • Ensure valid and accurate documentation provided by Australian team on all shipment arrangements (back-up role)
  • Work with JAS on shipment clearance and update on ETA timing (back-up role)
  • Ensure Hologram arrive on-time for distributor to re-dressing
  • Prepare and provide stock write-off summary to Country Manager to sign off on monthly basis (including sample requisition from Sales and Trade Marketing)
Trade Marketing Admin Support
  • Assist on Trade Marketing A&P PO creation, invoicing, accrual and tracker
  • Raise product request & arrange delivery for GWP, samples, sponsorship purpose with ZP. Track SLOB utilization.
  • Destruction, sample stock distribution to employee/ PA
General Administrative Duties
  • Arrange couriers & prepare letters and other communications as required
  • General support for the sales team
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handles efficiently.
Who are you
  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree and sales experience within FMCG is highly preferable

  • Able to effectively analyse and interpret data
  • High competency Excel, Word & data base management (Oracle, Zip-CSM
  • Exposure to FMCG working in multinational environment
  • Independent, confident and results driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
