ZENIA MANUFACTURING Sdn Bhd – Kota Kemuning, Selangor

Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge customer PO, confirming the required delivery date or advising the best possible delivery date.
  • Create Sales Order in System and plan for delivery with warehouse team according to the required delivery date.
  • Highlight to Sales team/Management in advance for any delays and request further decisions or solutions before providing updates to customers.
  • Prepare Quotation to customer requested by Sales team.
  • Prepare picking lists, Delivery Notes, and other delivery documents (COA, label, etc.), Pro-forma Invoices, and Tax Invoices.
  • Liaise with transporters for the delivery arrangements.
  • Check and verify transporter/courier invoices to ensure accuracy before submitting them to Finance for the payment process.
  • Final goods verification (item description, batch number, etc.) for the goods picked by the warehouse before loading them onto the transporter lorry.
  • Handle customer documents request i.e. TDS, MSDS, COA, Halal Certificate, Delivery plan, etc.
  • Admin Tasks – Attend to incoming calls, coordinate mails, courier and dispatch services, manage office supplies, and monitor office cleaner, hotel/flight bookings, etc.
  • Handle online platform sales via Shopee, including consolidating, picking, packing and arrange for order delivery accurately and timely.
  • Create and understand product portfolios of customers, follow up with customers for sales orders.
  • Products Sample Management - incoming and outgoing sample arrangement.
  • Apply for import license, import permit, customer permit, and all relevant documents required for goods delivered locally/ overseas.
  • Assist to reply queries to factory audits.
  • Record inventory levels monthly and ensure accurate updates in SQL.
  • Any other ad hoc requirement.
Requirements
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Cina and English.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field.
  • FINAL SEMESTER Students are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint), SQL (an advantage)
  • Good language proficiency both oral and written as the person need to deal with customers professionally.
  • Able to work independently, strong work commitment, trustworthy, good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills & tactfulness in handling customer enquiries.
  • Self-motivated, fast leaner, positive attitude, able to meet timeline and perform well under pressure.
