Overview
We are looking for two (2) Sales Support team members to support our sales operations. One role will be office-based, focusing on sales administration and coordination, while the other role will be field-based, supporting sales activities through client visits and on-site coordination. Both roles work closely with the sales, finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, customer support, and timely delivery.
Role A: Sales Support (Office-Based)
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery schedules, and compliance with payment terms.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone/email and follow up on order status.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
- Prepare basic sales reports or summaries when required.
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
Role B: Sales Support Executive (Field-Based / Client Visit)
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparation of quotations, sales orders, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Visit clients as assigned for order follow-ups, basic product introductions, and sales support activities.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining good customer relationships and service quality.
- Coordinate with the office team on order confirmation, delivery arrangements, and documentation.
- Support sales activities during site visits, product deliveries, or customer meetings when required.
- Collect customer feedback and relay information to the sales and operations teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting of visit outcomes and follow-up actions.
Qualifications & Skills Required

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in sales administration or field sales support will have an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate fluently in English.
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and order documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- For Field-Based Role: Willingness to travel and visit clients; possession of own transport is an advantage.
