The Sales Administration Manager will oversee documentation, streamline processes, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and operational teams.

About the Company

Job Responsibilities
  • Sales Documentation: Manage the end-to-end processing of all sales documents (Booking Forms, SPAs, loan documents, progressive billing) and ensure compliance with the Housing Development Act (HDA).
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between purchasers, financial institutions, panel solicitors, and real estate agencies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Sales Administration team while driving process improvements and system management (CRM/Booking systems).
  • Reporting & Governance: Prepare critical sales and collection reports, monitor key KPIs, and ensure audit readiness and full regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of substantive experience within property sales administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, leading an administrative team.
  • Deep and practical understanding of Malaysian property laws, the HDA, and standard residential/commercial loan documentation processes.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, advanced features of Microsoft Excel, and various digital documentation/workflow tools.
