A leading property firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Sales Coordinator to assist with day-to-day sales operations, handle customer inquiries, and update sales materials. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or property-related roles. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and preparing sales performance reports. A pleasant personality and ability to work under pressure are essential. Competitive salary offered.
Assist with day-to-day sales operations and customer follow-ups.
Update unit availability, price lists, and sales packages for the team and buyers.
Arrange sales appointments, site visits, project briefings, and show-unit viewing schedules.
Support property launches, sales events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
Liaise with panel bankers and lawyers regarding loan approvals, documentation, and legal updates.
Handle customer inquiries on projects, unit availability, payment status, and documentation.
Assist purchasers with bank loan applications and follow up on approval status.
Schedule appointments for SPA signing, loan submission, and unit handover matters.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in sales administration, sales coordination, or property-related roles (advantage if from a property developer or real estate agency).
Pleasant personality with the ability to liaise professionally with buyers, bankers, solicitors, and internal departments.
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
Ability to work under pressure, handle deadlines, and support sales events when needed.
