A property management company in Selangor is seeking a Runner cum Personal Assistant to the Director. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing bank transfers, coordinating travel arrangements, and conducting property site visits. The ideal candidate should be reliable, able to multitask independently, and possess a valid driving license. This position requires travel within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, ensuring smooth communication with various stakeholders.
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director in daily operations.
Manage and execute bank transfers to suppliers, landlords, and relevant authorities with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle cheque collection, preparation, and issuance, including proper documentation and record-keeping.
Coordinate and book flights and travel arrangements for the Director as required.
Conduct property site visits, including property photo-taking, utility bill collection, and verification of maintenance bills at management offices.
Assist in showing properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
Liaise professionally with tenants, contractors, landlords, management offices, and other external parties to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on matters.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to property management as assigned.
Requirements
Possess a valid driving licence (car).
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
Willing to travel across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
