We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ARTELIA, Lifestyle Tableware Retail Store locatted in our store in Bangsar Shopping Cetnre, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur store.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall sales and operations of the retail store.

What you'll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintaining an organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked store environment
• Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
• Assisting with inventory management, product replenishment, and stock-taking activities
• Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Collaborating with the retail team to achieve store and company sales targets
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
