Job description

Actively promote restaurant-branded merchandise to in-store guests and at off-site events/pop-ups.

Set up and maintain attractive merchandise displays in the restaurant and at promotional locations.

Approach customers and share product benefits, stories, and usage tips to encourage purchases.

Provide excellent customer service, answer product-related questions, and handle transactions when needed.

Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and product development teams.

Support marketing campaigns and social promotions by encouraging photo ops and user-generated content.

Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, stocked, and displayed.

Represent the restaurant brand professionally at all times.

Job Requirement:
