Job summary

A leading wellness company is seeking a retail sales professional in Kuala Lumpur to promote and market massage chairs and fitness products. Job Responsibility

Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.

Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.

Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after‑sales service.

Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.

Remuneration package : Basic salary + Sales commission

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).

Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
