Retail Sales Advisor - Kedah (Multiple Location)

We are hiring: Remuneration package includes basic salary + sales commission. Be part of our sales team and earn monthly up to RM5000++.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
  • Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
  • Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
  • At least SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
