Job Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting store staff and nurture their growth through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation.

Support the Store Manager in managing work schedules and other administrative tasks for front-line staff.

Manage vendor contracts, conduct evaluations, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Monitor inventory to ensure quality, including tracking product expiration dates and addressing damages.

Implement and oversee anti-theft measures, ensure store cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Analyze product sales (SKU), plan inventory needs, and identify growth opportunities to drive store performance.

Play a vital role in the setup and opening of new stores, ensuring operations are ready for a successful launch.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and meets the following criteria:
Minimum SPM, having Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field will be an added advantage!
Proven experience in retail, ideally in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to work across locations and flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
