Job summary

A leading fashion retailer in Penang is looking for a motivated Retail Associate (Part-Time) to join their team at Queensbay Mall. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and conducting stock counts. Candidates must be customer-oriented and comfortable with retail hours. Educational requirements include SPM or higher. This part-time role is available from February 6-22.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with retail hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and maintain a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Perform stock replenishment and price tagging as needed.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for the store.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock counts.

Retail Associate (Part-Time) QUEENSBAY MALL PENANG

Responsibilities

• To be an ambassador for the represented Brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.
• To provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target set.
• To perform stock replenishment and price tagging whenever required.
• Ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved for the store.
• Conduct daily, monthly stock count for all stores.
